Consent and the law


An adaptation from Trusted Moments, a short film produced by the Legal Services Commission of South Australia as part of an early intervention strategy for the prevention of sexual assault.

Please note, this video focuses on an incident of sexual assault.

It should be viewed and assessed by teaching staff for suitability and age appropriateness before being shared with students.

Trusted Moments is designed to be used in schools and youth services as a tool for facilitating discussion and learning about the importance of consent and respect in relationships. The film should be viewed and used in conjunction with the Trusted Moments study guide.
